I just received a coupon from Coke today (july 9th) for a free 1 liter of Fuze Iced Tea. The only problem??...the coupon expired on June 30, 2014. How do I handle this?

Obviously Coke has no answer about why this is happeneing. Usually once they figure out what has happened, and figure out how to correct the issue, they will let us know. I just find that taking a week or longer is not acceptable. Guess I will have to call them...AGAIN!!!

I spoke with a very nice lady today, Janetta, at Coke and she took care of all my issues AND it was very painless.
I found out that the expired FUZE coupons were in error and she credited my account 50 points. No replacement coupon will be mailed.
I had two codes I could not read. After giving her the more legible numbers and alpha, she credited my account for those.
I had a zero calorie 12 pack I did not get proper credit for last month during that promotion (June 25th and 26th) and she credited that (I had to give her the date and code I originally entered).
I found out that the soccer balls that were to be donated to a school of my choice (that promotion ran through July 13th) will be sent out in 4 to 6 weeks from the promotion end. That should put the soccer balls here in Florida by August 31st.
I am a Coke coordinator for two schools in my area, therefore, I keep very accurate records of my Coke activities!
