Received Undeliverable Reward Notice But Address Is Current & Correct

I received an email stating that a reward of mine that was ordered on 7.23.13 was returned. I dont know why it was as the shipping address thats on file is current & correct. Is there any chance that it can be remailed to me? This is 1 of 3 rewards of similar type I've claimed, I am hoping the same doesnt happen to the other 2... I tried sending email from the MCR website but I was being told I was using charachters not allowed, even though I wasnt
