Red Coke Caps coded as sprite caps! | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

Hi, I LOVE the twist text win games, and always buy extra coke to participate. I bought 4 of the 6 packs of bottles last week and when I enter the codes it seems that I keep getting the message that the code doesn't qualify for this contest. Come to find out, somehow, some of the red coke caps are coded as sprite caps! Are you aware of this problem, and is there a way to get it corrected? Hey, we all make mistakes, and I thought you'd like to know about this one! Thank you!

Thanks for the heads up, Lori. Can you give us a call about this so we can fix it? Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.

Thanks L. Newton...I called the number, and did get several conflicting reports, but the lady I spoke with said she is going to check into it. She told me to mail in all the codes that were coded as sprite and write a detailed note explaining the situation so I would get my sweepstakes entries, but when I asked for the address, she said that she was talking about the alternate method of entry....very confusing! Anyway, I am not convinced, but hope that this is checked into. I was disappointed to have wasted 24 coke cap entries in the game.
