Redeem points but never received the reward | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I have redeem a NCAA Drawstring Backpack for 100 points on 3/31/13. It's been over a month already and I still have not received it. It shouldn't have to take that long just to process it.

Hi Anthony, we ask that you allow 8-10 weeks after the promotion ended in early April.
