Redeeming Amazon gift card | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I redeemed points for an Amazon gift card. The email did not contain a code that is recognized by Amazon. How can I get a usuable code?

I also redeemed points for an Amazon Card. The confirmation email did not contain a link that can be accessed in order to obtain code or even view card. Please advise where I need to go to get assistance.
