just claimed the digital binoculars for 1925 points. I had 1928 and my account shows 3 points which is correct. But it said error in redeeming prize try again later. Please help!

Hi Scott. We're sorry to hear this. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually to make sure you get those points back.
