This is my 7th reply to this problem, it must take an act of congress to do something as simple as this.. I dont understand what is so hard,,,If u cant do it at least let me exchange for something I can use.

I cant get my points back that I dont want what I redeemed for. I havent printed out anything, and have cancelled the items in my shopping cart, so now where are my points????
could I please have my coke reward points, that I thought I wanted to redeem back into my account.? I redeemed 600 points to the restuarants, of which I was totally unhappy with what was offered. I would like to have those 600 points put back to account so I can get something I like and could really use. I would rather redeem them for a gift card, or something else. Thanks
