I've been trying to redeem the $5 e-certificate for Fridays but every time I press submit it says general error. It says the reward is still available (not for much longer though), why am I not able to get it?
My girlfriend and I are having the same issue. We both contacted their customer support via their a link on their FAQ page and are awaiting a response. I suggest you do the same, they may issue "Bonus" points for your troubles or extend the offer for you.. Hopefully I hear back from their customer support soon.. Best of luck to you!
