Redeeming Error | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I've been trying to redeem the $5 e-certificate for Fridays but every time I press submit it says general error. It says the reward is still available (not for much longer though), why am I not able to get it?

Hi Lucianna. We can assist you in redeeming this certificate directly over the phone. Just give us a call at 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday and follow these directions: Select your language and press 0 to reach an agent. Thanks for your patience.

I have this same problem. Unfortunately it's Saturday and I'm planning to use it tonight. Not happy
