Redeeming rewards on bad email address | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I redeemed the AMC reward for the 12 days of Coke thing but then realized afterwards that the email address I had on file is not valid. I have updated my account info now but don't know how to get my reward. I didn't realize it would be an email instead of coming in the mail. How can I still get this reward? My points were already subtracted.

Hi Jennifer, please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to
reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how
MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you
individually.
