Redemption of Single Day Ticket to your favorite park issues

On 8/19 I got my email for Single Day Ticket to your favorite park. When I'm attempting to redeem it the site says it is no longer valid. What should I do now?

Please call 866-674-2653 anytime between 9 a.m.–7p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
