redemption code

I redeemed my points for a Wired Subscription today - the points were deducted but I have yet to receive the code to receive the subscription and in my redemption history it says fulfilled. This happened to me in August when I redeemed my points for a shutterfly book and I did not receive the code to receive it and it says it was fulfilled. Can you please tell me how to get my code? Thank you.

Good luck. I am having trouble getting redemption codes for another item as well.. been waiting since 9-1 for help and nothing so far.

Hi Darcy, please check your spam folders. If it is not there, please give us a call at 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
