Redemption code already used!?! | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I entered my Redemption code at Country Living Magazine and it said the code had already been used. After checking and retrying numerous times it is not my error. The points were taken off my account but have nothing. Please help.

Hey Amy, give us a call and we'll be glad to help you out with this. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
