I took the August 28th Wednesday deal for This Old House Sub, to receive the message that the redemption code was being emailed. I just renewed my Popular Mechanics sub and received the same message. Both times, the redemption code is not appearing within the message, forcing me to look for the email with the codes. I have not received either redemption code emails. I check the regular and spam mail daily. I checked the redemption history and both redemption s are marked "fulfilled". My account information has the correct email address. HELP!
