i cant see my redemption code in my redemption history. it says "fulfilled" and i just cashed in my points

Hi Vincent, can you please call us about this? Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
