Redemption codes ... | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I have the same problem with redemption codes. In the month of August I redeemed points for a Shutterfly 8x8 photo book and a Skinit cell phone cover. This was on the 4th and the 25th. As of today I still have not received an e-mail with promo code nor has one ever appeared on screen when logged into mycokerewards. What is the problem? I have sent numerous e-mails in reference to this issue. I haven't received one reply yet..Not cool..

Yeah, seems like a waste of time to use points for certificates....think i'm sticking to actual items...this sux! I haven't received my digital code for restaurant.com since July 20, 2013
