Redemption/Points History Not Showing Up

Good Evening,
I'm trying to review my redemption history from last month, to check my status on a reward I ordered. But it's not letting me review anything from any month before Dec. I also can't review my pts history from anything before Dec as well.

The same for me, I have about 3000 to 4000 points which it is believed are lost. This is not fair after collecting all those points .

Lon Cummings / my points are kept fresh, as I drink a lot of coca cola. I am trying to spend some to get something, but it doesn't seem to work. I tried to get a set of earphones, But I guess they fell thru a crack, before getting to me
