i redeemed fandango movie tickets and received an email with a code but no instructions on how to redeem it. i have emailed coke many times and havent heard from anyone in a week. i would like to redeem my tickets and just want to know how to do so. please advise

HI Nicole, please allow 5-7 business days for a response to an online form request.

Please check your email to find your digital code.
1. Visit www.ActivateRewards.com/HMM and follow the easy instructions.
2. Print your movie tickets and present at the box office for any movie at a participating theater before the expiration date stated on the certificate.

I did that, but there was nothing for me to print and no email about it from Fandango. Do I go to a theater and give my name or something? I don't want to have wasted 940 points! This was just over a week ago. I really need to know how to use the reward I redeemed!
