no refunds?? your NCAA skin it is a total lie, it says you can personalize it but you cant at all and they don't even have my phone to choose from. what should I do, and I called and they said they couldn't refund my credits......

yeah but the description is false, i know it asked me to confirm twice but it didn't tell me the truth. I was expecting to be able to personalize it as it said BUT you cant and it doesn't include my phone...... i need a refund because the info is false, its not my fault its theirs
