I need my 2000 points back immediately as I never received one email that you were taking them away. I have been earning them and saving them up to use this month. Where are they?

this is BS. the address you gave to send us to chip to take care of this problem say the page does not exist. i want my points back plus some for the inconvenience of loosing out on the items that we were going to get. I had 1000's of points added up.
