restore old points you deleted from changing format

Where did all my points go? I had over 30,000 points. Because you switched to the new format I had to recreate a new account and lost all of my points, it would not recognize my email and password. I was a steady user and entered codes and redeemed points for gift cards all the time. When I went to enter points I had to reenter and recreate an account and lost everything. I sent emails to coke left messages with coke no one gets back to me. And now you lowered the points to 75 as if it wasn't low enough and hard to get points for your ridiculous amount of points for a decent reward. Now there isn't anything that great and all my hard work is all gone and I want them restored. It should all be on record. How do You restore it?

Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. Our Customer Care agents are now able to update accounts over the phone as long as you can confirm your account information.
