Restrurant E cards not useable! | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I cashed in my rewards for Restrurant e gift cards in November, I sent them out as Christmas gifts to my family members. NONE OF Them were useable! Would not accept codes. I am just now finding this out. Please review my account to confirm that they were indeed ordered and paid for with my points. I am requesting a refund of my points A S A P
