Retractable Cord Pet Leash reward defective | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I used 790 points to purchase a Light Up LED Retractable Cord Pet Leash on 9/7/14. I received it quickly, but the leash does not stop when you push the button the way it is supposed to. You have to manually grab the leash when your dog takes off after another dog and it really hurt my hand! I would like my points back please.
