Reward Product Didn't Work

I cashed in my Rewards Points for a Bluetooth caller ID wristband. I received the bluetooth wristband. It wouldn't charge. I tried several different plugs. Nothing.... How do I get a replacement.

Please give us a call anytime between 9 a.m.–7 p.m. EST Monday - Friday at 866-674-2653 to speak with an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually, either to provide you with a replacement reward or to refund your points.
