I just received my reward and it is broke so how do I return it for a replacement or get my points returned......

Hey Kathy, we'll be happy to replace the item or refund your points. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.

I have used 1940 points on a curling iron/straightener set that is not working properly and want to either get a replacement or get my points returned...How do I do that?
