Reward not received...How do I get the code? | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I used over 1400 points to get a reward for TJ Maxx in March. I have not gotten in and it is listed as fulfilled. I have tried to deal with "Chip" and have gotten no answers. How do I get the reward or the code?

Hi Mary Ellen, check your email for your digital E-Gift Card. Please also check your spam folder. It will be sent to the
email address associated with your My Coke Rewards Account. Click or
copy and paste the URL from the e-mail into the "Address" field of your
web browser and follow the on screen instructions to redeem your E-Gift
Card.
