I cashed in a large amount or reward points for a self-inflat travel pillow. The pillow is defective. I took it with on the airplane. I tried to blow it up but the plug is sealed shut. There is no opening at the bottom of the plug. I don't have a return address to send it back. There was nothing on the envelope it came in & I don't have that anymore either. Who can I contact to resolve this issue?
