Reward redemption

I entered my points and selected a reward on 7/22. I never recieved the reward email with the voucher. Please help.

Hi Tamara, have you checked your spam folder? We encourage you to add 'My Coke Rewards' to your safe senders list.

It is not in the spam fiile - you are on my safe sender list - I have received things from you in the past and when I rechecked all my setting it should be fine but I have not received the promised reward

I turned in points for 2 amc movie tickets with pop and a drink but never received the email - my email is kandtandersen@comcast.net
