REWARDDSSSSS | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

Ok Coke I've been a member for over 8 years. I'm sad to see this rewards program end. I was entering the last of my codes I has saved up today, only to see all the rewards I would have used them on goneee. I would have used Walmart or Amazon, even the tshirts. This is bad customer service on your part. I know you are not the only company I've dealt with recently that has moved to a different type of redemption process for their rewards program, but the actual rewards to be eliminated the way they are is bad business. Can you honestly state that this will be rectified? Thank you Melissa R.

Is it asking too much for an actual conversation? The new rewards on the new site aren't any where near what they were on the current site. To make it even worse, that 75pt limit is still in place and the same copy/paste response has been posted ad nauseam.

Many would love to know if more rewards will be added that fall into the category of "useful".

You won't get any other response from Coke...I've complained about it to them...it does not good. I've asked for someone from Coke to answer our questions with useful information, only to get the same "canned" response. I'm beyond frustrated with them.
