hello:
this is my second letter I have written to you, I am writing to you to raise an issue that has me worried as I am enrolled in the program of rewards and redeem my points for the day 04/02/15 2 tickets to the fair park supposedly tamiami take 10 to 15 days and today 10/03/15 more than 1 month and I have not received anything or a response to my concern, I wonder what happened to my posts, I'm really bummed because whenever I redeemed my points has always come not happened this time.
my wife also is enrolled in the program and request the same day the 2 inputs and has not received anything. we are very eager to go because I want to go with my family and not give time if they get the tickets.

Hi Juan, please call 866-674-2653 anytime between 9 a.m.–7p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist with your missing reward.
