rewards different than when ordered | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

The offer I spent reward points on now says it isn't the size I ordered. I made sure to verify the size stated on the rewards before I bought them. I would like my points back which is in the thousands or the codes honored thru shutterfly.

Hi, Kim. We apologize for your dissatisfaction in your recent reward redemption. Please give us a call anytime between 9 a.m.–7 p.m. EST Monday - Friday at 866-674-2653 to speak with an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually, either to provide you with a replacement reward or to refund your points.
