Rufund Tickets after expiration? | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I ordered some tickets to the cokeacola museum in Atlanta in October 2011. I thought they was good till December of 2012 but realized to late that they expired May 2012. Is there a way that I can get a replacement on these points or get some more tickets to the museum? I will be waiting for your answer. Thank you
