Same Problem Here | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

Complaints all over the internet. And same problem here. Just signed on recently, but had been saving my points for over a year (not realizing there was a weekly entry limit). Now we're all locked into a frustrating email/password/reset/confirmation/don't ever get the email/links don't work LOOP. Please explain why a company of this magnitude can't get the website to let us in and do what we signed up for?

Hello Debbie, please provide the specific error that is occurring on your account. Are you not receiving the confirmation email? Or is the confirmation email not letting your verify your address?
