School Coordinator Needs Solution To 75 Point Weekly Limit

I am the School Coordinator for all rewards programs including Coke Rewards. In the past, school coordinators did not have a limit to the amount of points that could be entered weekly to it's schools account. Now because there is no School Coordinator section/option I can only enter 75 points a week as an individual and then donate them to the school. I easily have 5,000 caps that have been donated to the school and with the current limit of 25 caps a week - it would take me 4 years to be able to add these points to the school account. Is there any other option for schools/coordinators to be able to add more than 75 points a week? Thank you in advance for any assistance that you can provide.

We are in the same position and considering eliminating the program with Coke Rewards.

Have other people sign up and help enter the points.  Then they can donate them to the school.

Hope this helps.

We are with you Beth. Our school is in a rural, very internet underserved area. We used all of Coke's suggested promotions to encourage parents and families to donate their caps. A school coordinator was able to input those codes. With the change, our PTA is leaning towards ending any rewards program with Coke and have several thousand caps on hand that seem to be destined for a recycling bin. Totally silly move by a company with supposedly great advertising and public relations savvy. Oh wait, forgot about New Coke!

Hi,

To ensure the continued sustainability of the program, the weekly limit was updated to 75 points effective 1/20/2015. That point total does not include Bonus Points. You can track how many points you’ve earned every week in the Points History section of your “Full Profile.”

We understand your concern being a school coordinator and having to enter many codes to redeem a donation, but this changes apply throughout the whole MCR program at the moment. We appreciate your feedback and will share it internally to improve MCR. Thanks!

How do we get the money we earned before MCR for Schools Changed the program in January. I've spoken to Kula and they said a paper check could be issued and they were in the process, but that was over three months ago.  We had banked 20,000+ points before the program went away.  We had saved and saved for years trying to earn a larger reward.  I was assured by Kula those efforts weren't in vain and we would get the compensation.  Our school will not allow us to link bank account for direct deposit to get the funds, she said that paper checks could be issued.  We are still waiting.

Hi Stephanie,

We recomend you to follow up the disbursement process with Kula. Please see the MCR for Schools FAQs here for additional details around payment schedules: https://donate.mycokerewards.com/help/faq
To receive an earlier disbursement, we strongly encourage schools to enroll in automatic payments through Kula. To enroll, contact Kula here:

Thanks!

I have had 0 luck contacting Kula.  We had 15,000 points before the switch.  WE have never received a check, and our school doesn't wish to disclose their EFT info, so we want a paper check.  It's never happened.  I can't even see our points balance any more to ensure that we even have 15,000 (should be more now).  We were saving for something big, too...and nothing now.

We have the same problem but not as many points. I contacted Kula and they said s check had been mailed and they were about to nail a second one as we just made the minimum. I told them we hadn't received a check and they checked and said it hadn't been cashed and would resend. We have yet to receive a check. I think without eft this program is useless, and unless you have good participation not worth it. My coke cannot or will not do anything to help except give you Kula's email as they just did
