Where do school coordinators sign in to enter points now?  I can't sign in with my school email on the regular sign in page.  There use to be a separate link.

Adding to this question, according to the link here, https://donate.mycokerewards.com/help..., there are no more school administrators. But not everyone wants to join the rewards program even if they'll donate codes to the school for the admin to enter. So now are schools limited to the 75 point limits from whoever is willing to enter these for the school? The admin's used to be able to enter much more points for the school than individual limits.

"Making it fair" has nothing to do with not having a coordinator. Those schools choose not to have one. Others choose to have one. Sounds fair to me.

I am sure there are schools that would love to have a coordinator but just haven't found someone or whatever the reason, they shouldn't be loosing out on the program just because of this.

Amanda, no one is saying that the school's without coordinators need to lose out. Yeah! Coke has changed it so everyone can win. What I'm saying and some of the other people, is that coke should leave the coordinator site up and running for the school's that do have coordinators. There is no reason to eliminate the coordinator from the picture for those who already have them. My school would like to know how many points they have and how much money they will be receiving. A coordinator can log in and see all of that. I never received an e-mail from Coke telling me that I would not me necessary any more and that I wouldn't be able to log in to the school's information. All I received was one telling me that the catalog would no longer be available and we would be receiving a check from now on. I never even received one telling me how much the points were going to be worth even though I sent in a request at the beginning of January asking them. If the new program wasn't completely ready for release, why in the world release it. They should have known us coordinators would have been up in arms at not being able to enter 200 codes a day into the system. I understand you're trying to be level headed about the whole thing and I am entering codes once a week and donating them to my school. Just understand that a lot of us are pissed off about the whole cutting off the coordinators thing and this for me is a place to express that.

It isn't hard to be a coordinator. If a parent knows about the program, all they have to do is set up a collection box of some kind and get the word out to their families. Social media and email make this easy. We have a very small school and we do well with our collections. The "new" website has made it difficult to enter the codes we collect. Having one Parent/grandparent in charge of entering codes makes it much easier to get our families to participate in the Coke program. If families know all they have to do is save their caps and end flaps and send them to school, it is much easier to get more people to participate than if you tell them they have to go on the computer, log in, find the school, donate points...... The simpler the better... One point person works the best for our school.

I don't understand how it's not fair for schools that do not have coordinators?  This isn't a contest, there are no points taken away from other schools.  Fairness would mean a contest.  This is no contest.  This is people who want to help their school earn money helping out.  I've entered nearly 30,000 codes in the last few years, it's not so my school will out collect another school.  It's to help my school.  Now it's 0.  I've got 75 points a week now for my account, the school's cut off of my account.  I'm looking for teacher volunteers to create accounts.   They don't have time to mess with this stuff, especially with it not working for everyone.  They have a life outside of school.

Surely, they will get this fixed.  I have a gazillion coke tops in my classroom to enter.

So do I! My students help enter the codes and are so disappointed not to have a "job" ..they love watching the points add up and talking about how the school should use the points.

I'm in the same boat, several gallon sized bags FULL of codes and no way to enter them.  Even creating an MCR login for every one of my family members, I'll never get them entered at a rate of a max of 70 points, or whatever it is, per week.  The school coordinator login was PERFECT.  Our school parents don't want the hassle of entering the codes themselves, but are more than willing to send them in.  The other problem seems to be that the code entry is a pain in the neck and doesn't always work.  MCR, if you spent a lot of money on this new set up, it was a waste.  PLEASE change it back to allow us to enter codes as coordinators.  The change to a monetary payment vs. supplies is fine, but the rest of this is terrible!
