When I entered a code worth 20 points I was told I had earned 2 bonus offers. When I tried to redeem them I wasn't able to. I was shut down.

That's odd, Ronald. We can help. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
