Second mobil # not confirmed. How can I get the code back?

I sent my code via another mobil # but that # is not a confirmed #. How can I get the code back. I won't be adding that other mobil #?

Hi Jim, would you mind giving us a call so we can best assist you with this? Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
