I have not received a package ordered in September but I did get the hat I ordered in October. How do I find out the true status of this item?

Hi Terri, our team can look into this for you. Just call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
