Serious issue with the 12 days of rewards!!!!!!!!!!! Very disapointed and unhappy Coca Cola consumer!!!!

So I see I cant unlock the first of the 12 days, 12 rewards. Its says you have to log in and enter a code on my coke rewards. It says that I have entered the maximum number for the week. So I'm not eliganble for the offer? Thats not right!!!! I have spent 3 hours this morning trying to figure this out to get this offer and I guess I have waisted my time. How unfair and disapointing!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a serious issue that needs to be resolved with your system!!! I'm very unhappy and disapointed!!!
