Shell Fuel Rewards | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I redeemed 40 points on 2-26 for 10 cents off on my Shell Fuel card. It is now a new month and it won't let me purchase another code to download to my Shell Fuel card. I read the disclaimer and it stated that you can redeem one a month. Why won't it redeem my points for a code?

Me too I wanted to reload today and they said
"We're sorry, you have redeemed the maximum quantity for this item" what are the restrictions and when are we allowed to take more - it is my favorite offer.
