Shutterfly Redemtion and email | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

Why is your phone line completely useless??? The only info it gives is for new members on how to use the site! I've already been a member for years and can get no help what so ever!!! I just redeemed my points for the Shutterfly promotion and got no email or info on how to redeem? I'm ready to tell ALL of my Facebook friends what a crock this new site and system is!!

Hi Regina, after calling l 866-674-2653 anytime between 9 a.m.–7p.m. EST Monday through Friday you will select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and press 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.

You can also check your Spam folder or add mycokerewards@mycokerewards.com to your "Safe Senders" list and resend the confirmation.
