Shutterfly $20 ONE CODE email

I received an email on Monday to enter one code by 12/31 and get a $20 Shutterfly code. I entered a code through the link provided in the email on the 20th. Nothing happened, besides the usual asking me what bottle I got it off of and crediting the points. I called the Service Desk that afternoon, and they said they would "look into it" but I haven't heard anything yet. I entered another code today, but still nothing.

Sorry to hear that Stephan. Would you mind please giving us a call so that we can connect you with an agent directly? Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They will make sure you get credited for those points.

I called back again, and your agents tried to tell me that I did not understand the promotion for which I had received an email (and subsequently read to them). Then they said, "oh yeah, that." If you didn't get a Shutterfly code, you'll need to call Shutterfly directly and gave me their customer service line. If your website isn't programmed to do what it's supposed to do, that's not Shutterfly's problem. Please give me the phone number or email to someone who can competently resolve this problem, as calling the main number (twice) and posting in this forum has still not resolved it.

Hi Stephan, have you checked your Redemption History or email to make sure your code is not there? If it's not, would you mind messaging us your email address and full name so we can look into this for you?

It's now been 11 days since I originally reported this problem. It is not yet "solved" as you indicate on this post. I got an email that said I just needed to submit ONE code for the $20 reward. If you can give me a contact to send it to, I'll share it with you, since it's become quite obvious after the lack of resolution in this forum and the customer service helpdesk that the customer service functions and the marketing/promotions functions of MCR do not communicate with one another. This has taken a ridiculous amount of time. Who do I need to talk to?
