shutterfly 8x8 photo book | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I tried to redeem my shutterfly reward @ 9:30 PM on 9/27/12...could not access/find my code to use. How come? I had to wait on a pix that I was going to use in the book until tonight, so it's not like I wanted to wait til now. Needed to order book for a gift. Can it still be redeemed if you email it to me one more time. I really, really please help me here!

Hi Connie, can you call us? Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.

I have the same problem also. When I called on 9/27, the csr could not help me and referred me to an email address. When I got a response back, they told me to contact Shutterfly. I just love the runaround, but can someone at Coke try actually helping customers.
