Shutterfly Rewards Expired without having any knowledge that these rewards had expiration dates

I have written mycokerewards several times wanting to know how to get my Shutterfly rewards back. I had several Shutterfly rewards and I did not know there was any expiration date on these rewards, but there were. Is there anyway I can get my Shutterfly rewards back?
