I cant figure out why it keeps telling me that my email address and password don't match. I clicked on forgot password(which I didn't) it said would send an email for me to reset but hours later email has not come.

Hi Cynthia,

Is this is the case, please call 866-674-2653 anytime between 9 a.m.–7p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
