Site will not load so I can enter my codes | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I am trying to login to enter codes and the site won't load. It just says processing and nothing loads. I am worried because I don't want to lose my points... please help!

Tried Chrome and IE, both were an issue. IE has since started working. Not sure what was fixed, but I can enter my codes.

What good does it do to have the account if the site won't load so I can enter my points? Fix the problem!

Hi Sarah!

Sorry to hear that. Usually try clearing your cache and cookies besides of using a different browser.
MCR will perform best with Internet Explorer 10, Chrome and Firefox 19 or higher. Internet Explorer 9 or higher and FF 16 or higher are also supported but may affect complete enjoyment of the full MCR experience. Our website will not perform if you’re using private browsing mode.
