SITE DOWN. AFRAID OF LOSING MY POINTS | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

Saw a e-mail after work tonight that if I didn't log in and add or spend my points that they would expire. So of course I'm trying to log in and add more points but the site is down. I've been saving for a gift and have a little over 1,800. PLEASE don't let me lose my points. What can I do to save them?

Hi Chris. We are sorry you were having trouble with the site. If your points were lost, we can still get you those points. Please give us a call anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday at 866-674-2653 to speak with an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
