Site stops accepting codes

This is the third day in a row entering bottle cap codes that site stops accepting codes and tells me there is an error with the code. The same codes that were rejected yesterday for this reason were accepted today. It seems like the site is trying to keep me from redeeming the points. I've double checked the codes - 14 digit. Please advise.

I have 50 caps still to enter and the same issue happened again tonight on my husband's account. Once we hit 33 points the site started telling me the codes I'm entering are invalid. My account produced the same result as well. Chip will provide a replacement code but these caps are all valid codes to be entered. Now that I've proven the issue with my husband's account it appears Coke Rewards in intentionally trying to keep consumers from entering codes. Please advise what your team is doing to resolve the issue.

BTW... Chip has been no help to me so far on any issue except to instruct me to call. That is why I post here.
