Soccer Ball Donation issue | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I'm trying to donate a soccer ball as part of MCR's new promotion but I keep getting a "invalid consumer identifier" prompt. Any suggestions?

I encountered the same issue and reported it through the "Me too" option on Facebook. Since Special Offers expire when the user is logged out how do we verify that the donation was made to the school that we chose?

I've tried three times to donate a soccer ball - every time it takes the points, but no opportunity to donate ball - instead stupid "instant game" - why say enter points to donate a soccer ball and then not provide connection to do so???? Swindle!
