Sol Republic Jax In Ear headphones, code not working | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I redeemed 1735 points for JAX In-Ear 1-Button Headphones - SOL REPUBLIC. I received a digital code CK-KMGUH , but when I entered it on the Sol Republic website I received an error message stating that code is invalid. Can you provide a new code please?

I was able to enter the code, but there was no option to not provide a credit card for payment per Coke Rewards program. Problems with the JAX In-Ear-1 Button Headphones reward all together.
